2. Communicating with execs. No need to go there, it is just a single tweek. It is me unfortunately:

> A common pitfall when people present to "execs" is focusing too much on the speed or thoroughness of response. And not enough on pausing to ensure they answer the right question.

3. Why cash is king. Job seekers are heavily focusing on Salary. Only 13% chose equity over salary. One of the reasons - stability. With Covid and economy recession people value stability more than long term possible gains (risk!).

4. Is Product Art or Science? The only reason to read it is to learn about this book: The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin. Surprisingly, it is not for product managers, but about how art sometimes can be seen as a creative form of problems to be solved.

Bonus
Some good news for Valkey community and adoption.
1. AWS made its Valkey managed offering cheaper than Redis to incentivize customers to move to it.
2. Valkey is now available in Ubuntu by default. Being one of the most popular Linux distributions, it for sure is going to move the adoption for Valkey.
